Mobile Device Security Resource
IT Security Services provides an online resource with hands-on guidance to researchers and others who manage their own computers and thumb drives--in other words, those who don't have access to professional IT support and just do it themselves. The site provides recommendations and step-by-step guides in three major areas: encryption, using secure e-mail, and physical security.

ITSS/ITCS Weak Password Checking
Twice each year, Information Technology Security Services (ITSS) and ITCS conduct a test for weak passwords in the University's Kerberos database. This is a cooperative effort supported by the University's IT Security Council.
